Tuition Fees and PoliciesTuition Fees:Fees for one to one lessons in a one hour time slot are as follows: If tuition is booked on a casual basis only: $ 90.00 per lesson If tuition is booked on a part term / alternate weeks basis: $ 85.00 per lesson If tuition is booked for a full term (or equivalent): $ 80.00 per lesson
Two students could attend together if from the same class, with discounted fees as follows: If tuition is booked on a casual basis only: $ 70.00 per lesson each If tuition is booked on a part term / alternate weeks basis: $ 65.00 per lesson each If tuition is booked for a full term (or equivalent): $ 60.00 per lesson each
Payment Terms & Methods:Invoices for full term / part term bookings are usually emailed out in the second week of each term. Invoices for casual students are usuallly emailed out monthly. All fees are due for payment within 7 days of date of invoice unless we agree / specify otherwise. A late penalty fee of $5.00 per lesson may be incurred on overdue invoices. Additional tuition / book charges incurred during the term / holidays will normally be invoiced in the second week of the following school term or at the end of the academic year. Invoices will be sent by email unless otherwise agreed and preferred payment method is by direct credit / internet banking.
Cancellation / Absences:If a student cancels or is absent from a scheduled lesson than that lesson will be forfeited and must be paid for, unless the required notice is given for a "catch up" lesson. To be eligible for a “catch up” lesson the required notice is:
This notice then allows us the time to try and fill your spot from our waiting list. Up to two "catch up" lessons per student per term may be accrued and these should be used within that term / term break. Credit for scheduled lessons will only be provided in extenuating circumstances at the Tutor’s discretion.

Amazing tutor! My two children have made rapid progress and are achieving excellent results since starting maths tuition with Steven.
